1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales concluded on the hyggechat.fr website between Simon Lechevalier, sole trader (ASCEND12, trade name Hyggechat, SIREN 109 565 127), whose registered office is located at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, hereinafter "the Seller", and any natural person acting as a consumer, hereinafter "the Customer". Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.
2. Products
The products offered (furniture, games, and accessories for cats) are described with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs are non-contractual. Products are offered subject to availability from our partner suppliers.
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the General Tax Code (CGI). Delivery charges are indicated before the order is validated; delivery is free for purchases over €60. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.
4. Ordering
The Customer selects products, checks their cart, provides their details, then validates and pays for their order. A confirmation email summarizing the order is then sent to them. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute or product unavailability; the Customer is then fully refunded.
5. Payment
Payment is made online, securely, using the methods offered at the time of order (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). The order is processed upon payment confirmation.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers' European warehouses to the address indicated by the Customer in Metropolitan France. The indicative delivery time is [X] to [Y] business days. In the event of a significant delay, the Customer may refer to articles L216-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code. The Customer is invited to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to report any anomaly as soon as possible.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. They notify their decision by email to contact@hyggechat.fr. The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, and in good condition, within 14 days following this notification. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller shall refund all sums paid, including initial delivery costs (based on the standard delivery method), within 14 days following notification, although this refund may be deferred until the product is received.
8. Legal warranties
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code) for two years from delivery, and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code). For any request, the Customer should contact the Seller at contact@hyggechat.fr.
9. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse or assembly not in accordance with the instructions provided with the products.
10. Personal data
The data collected is necessary for order processing. Its use is described in our privacy policy.
11. Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the Customer must first send a written complaint to the Seller. In the absence of an amicable solution, they may use the consumer mediator free of charge: [NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE MEDIATOR].
12. Governing law
These GTC are subject to French law.
